Returns & Exchanges

At Masters of Hardcore Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like face masks, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest designated carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
